Giveaway: Quilt Books

November 11, 2011, 11:52 am  Posted by needlearts

Quilt Festival special exhibits, interviews, classes, recaps…our blog this month has been a flurry of quilt event coverage. We hope all those that didn’t make it to Texas this year enjoyed our view from the blog! If you’re just clicking over for the first time in a while, our needlearts tab has all the Quilt Festival posts you might have missed.

But before we wrap up our quilt crazy month, we do have one last goody to share: quilt books of course!

We’re giving away a bundle of three Lark quilting books: Twelve by Twelve; Pretty in Patchwork: Doll Quilts; and Masters: Art Quilts, Vol. 2.

You can find out more about all of them (and maybe even a free project or two) in our New Quilting Books post from last month.

To enter for a chance to win the book bundle (one copy each of Twelve by Twelve; Pretty in Patchwork: Doll Quilts; and Masters: Art Quilts, Vol. 2), please leave a comment on this post by 9 p.m. EST on Friday, November 18. Any comment is fine—though we’d love to hear what new fabric lines you’re most excited to use in your next quilt! One winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries and notified by Monday, November 21. Leslie is the winner!

Click here for the official rules.

And don’t forget about the doll quilt contest over on Sew Mama Sew! You can enter until Monday.

Gosh I hate being the first to post..do they ever win? But I am taking that chance. I have recently become obsessed with art quilting.  I even painted some muslin to get colors and effects, playing with imprinting, embroidery, etc.  So much to learn and these books would be such a help.
