 I haven’t got to see the movie yet, but the book was phenomenal !

i really really really enjoy the book and district 12 was filmed about 5 miles from my house!

This pin is dead-on for what I imagined it to look like! Great job by the jewelry designer!

I have not read the books – but I saw the movie this past weekend.  I think the pin was designed perfectly.  Only someone in one of the outlying districts would wear this pin – as no one in the Captiol would be dressed so plainly or seriously.

I love the retro feeling of this pin. It would look really good on my hat. The movie was really good and I’m reading the book in my book club.

This is a lovely piece.  I’m off to read the interview because I am always interested in how people get involved in making props for the film industry.  I have a lot of friends who do freelance work in that arena…

Enjoyed the books, need to get to the movie.  I love seeing the jewelry designed for movies.  While this one was pretty well defined from the books, I think the artist did an amazing job.

The Hunger Games was a amazing book trilogy. It was so fast paced and i felt really connected to that characters.

I absolutely loved the Hunger Games trilogy and still think about it every waking hour. I find the mockingjay pin to be the perfect symbol for the rebellion as well as Katniss. What an honor it is to Dana Schneider to have made the mocking bird pin for the movie the whole world is raving about now. The pin was used in a very special scene with great purpose. Keep up the dedication and hard work that it takes to create beautiful jewelry pieces meant to entertain the world.

The Hunger Games was the best book I’ve read in a long,long, time.  Read it recently again, before seeing the movie. I would so love to wear this mockingjay.  Happy Hunger Games and may the odds be EVER IN MY FAVOR!!

I just read The Hunger Games not too long ago because my English teachers, school mates, and friends all insisted that I read it. I wasn’t too excited to read it at first, but after I was on the second chapter of Book #1, I couldn’t put it down! Having a piece of jewelry that plays a key role in one of my favorite books/movies would be an honor! May the odds be in everyone’s favor!

i loved the hunger games movie i thought it was a very good adaption of the book. i really liked that they added in the rebellion scene and gave the viewers a deeper look into the games control room.

I watched the movie today and instantly fell in love with it. It makes you think of the real world how there are people starving in this world and what they’d do to get some food. Just saw the Hunger Games movie last night I read the books months ago and really enjoyed them. I thought the movie did a good job of depicting the “game” itself, but I missed having more character development. You just can’t fit all the details from a book into a 2-2 1/2 hour film, tho!

I read The Hunger Games three years ago before there was talk of a movie and I love them then and I hoped for a movie, I’ve reread the book and now I just have to go see the movie! I work at a county library and our hold list for the first book is over 1,000 people! Great books!

I’ve read The Hunger Games Trilogy. It’s a very good story and I Love the Mockingjay Pin. So Pretty. One of my favorite pieces of jewelry is my Elfin Cloak Clasp worn by the Hobbits in The Lord Of The Rings. It’s a beautiful silver & green leaf. I proudly wear it on my Renaissance garb and it’s been known to draw some attention at the Faire.

I’m a dad with a daughter that absolutely loves the books and the movie.  Her birthday is coming up and this would make a wonderful gift for her.

I’d love to have this!  Except that I think I might be obligated to send it to my friend who introduced me to the series in the first place!

It’s amazing how the combination of a simple mocking bird and complex hybrid jabber jay can spur a movement, a rebellion, a sense of good vs evil, a yin and yang = mocking jay. Awesome!

Winning this beautiful pin would make an amazing Sweet 16 birthday gift, for my granddaughter. The whole family loved reading the books. We made t-shirts and made going to see the movie a family outing.

As a Young Adult librarian in a public library I can atest to extraordinary popularity of the books and the movie. I know I could generate tremendous interest in our Summer Reading Program if I were able to offer this fantastic pin as an incentive for readers.

I read the Hunger Games to preview them for my daughter and was blown away by how well written and compelling the story is. It is such a blessing to be able to enjoy and converse with my teenager about something that she and all of her friends enjoy as well. oh my middle son is emotionally disturbed and to get him to read voluntarily has been such a battle–until a teacher gave him this book—he read it all the way thru in just 2 dys–and he has read the other 2 books as well-all three several times over—and i must say the movie was pretty good too==if i was to win this pin–i do believe that he would be the happiest kid in the world–keeping my fingers crossed

I would love to win this for my daughter!!! She has read all three books several times and seen the movie.

The detail that went into this pin is beautiful and I’m very glad they made it a feature in the films and didn’t just leave it out. Would have loved to see Madge give Katniss the pin tho, but glad we got to seen the Hob  

My daughter wants this pin badly because she views it as a badge of honor.  It is more than just a piece of jewelry. It is a symbol of determination, perseverance and it served as a reminder of her love of family.  These things were all captured in one very cool pin!

I love The Hunger Games, read all 3 books in about a week. Saw the movie, it was amazing. Favorite movie and book series. Love Peeta! Super cute, I also adore Katniss of course, the main character. So I would love this.

 I am obsessed with The Hunger Games!!! I think it is the best film and collection of books ever made. I  think the story line is just amazing and the characters are awesome. I think Katniss is a very brave!! I love the way the pin represents Katniss’ disrict (district 12.) In the film I like how she wears it all the time in the games and Rue uses the sound of the Monkingjay (the bird on the pin) as a sound to tell Katniis everything is ok. But she doesn’t get to because she gets killed… R.I.P. Rue) I would be over the moon and delighted if I had this pin and I would wear it all the time! I mean who wouldn’t! THE HUNGER GAMES ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I seriously LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THE HUNGER GAMES!!!! I have read all the books twice almost 3rd time now, the film was absolutely AMAZING!!! I have a Hunger  Games t-shirt, a hunger games bag, Im buying a real signed hunger games poster and saving to buy some more HG stuff. I will be the HAPPIEST girl alive if i get this pin! It will mean the WHOLE WORLD too me, its not just some piece of jewellery its more than that! The hunger games is my obsession!

I love the Hunger Games trilogy, and I was really impressed with the film. It’s one of the most faithful book-to-film adaptations I’ve ever seen!

I have never read any of the Hunger Games books so when I went and saw the film it was such an amazing story. I love Katniss as the heroine, such a strong and lovely role model. I loved the symbolicalness of the pin. As something of a keep sake and also a reminder of freedom and cleverness.

I love, no i REALLY LOVE The Hunger Games. It’s interesting, funny, emotional, and very incredible. I watched it 2 times in the cinema, i just couldn’t stop watching it! 
I think the cast is perfect, the movie doesn’t need to be improved, cause it’s perfect.

I really really  love Suzanne Collins’ The Hunger Games Trilogy so much that I made a deal with my mum that I’ll do my best in school just to buy me the books. And guess what? from the stupid girl of the class I was now called the 4th smartest of all the sophomore students at school. awesome ain’t it? yeah. my mum was proud and I changed myself for the better. Right now, I feel that this trilogy has changed my life. I am a cowardly 15-year old girl, trying to follow katniss’ traits like being brave, witty, and independent. Having the pin would totally encourage me to do more and more than just what I would call as my “best” so Thanks for reading )

I LOVE the Hunger Games Katniss is amazing. i Loved the Fire Dress from the movie wasn’t it gorgeous? i found a dress that i was going to wear for prom that looked very close to it. She is so fabulous and so much like the Mockingjay her own self. Rebelling against the Norm. this was such an inspiring movie.

I love the hunger games, i have read all the books & can’t wait to see the film! This piece of jewellery i beautiful and would make any outfit of mine a bit more exiting! Finnick is my favorite  character, but not because he’s super cute (although i’m not complaining lol) i like him because he stuck by annie when she needed him most I think they are so cute together, and i can’t wait to see how the director of Catching fire interprets their love. ^_^
