From Asheville, North Carolina, it’s This Dog’s Life. I’m Ira G. Each week, of course, I pick a theme and present a story in four panels.

In the spirit of Lynda Barry, I bring you this week’s story, Favorite Things (To Name a Few). What are your favorite things? The people that make you smile? The treats you can’t live without? Your favorite way to spend your day? Here are some of mine. Stay tuned.

My favorite things are eating Indian food with my best girlfriends. We spend hours talking and throwing on the feed sack until we are stuffed. It just doesn't get any better than that but I admit coconut popsicles sound pretty tasty!

    Hi, Val.
Ohhh, Indian food. Tandoori chicken is a favorite. I'll have to get a feed sack for myself–what a good way to eat on the go!
    Wags,
    Ira

Yes, but if you recall, she lets me steal the ball from her every single time. So I think i win.
    Chicken,
    Ira

What's the fun in that, Milton? She has her game, I have mine. Mine is funnier. (Even if it makes her mad. Hahaha.)

I know of a Bernese Mountain Dog who 'relocated' her human mummy's hairbrush when mummy was at work.

Mummy lost *18* hairbrushes, one after another, over a couple of months. She kept thinking she had misplaced the brush, so she kept buying replacements. Then, she watched her Berner carefully one night.

The Berner had learned how to pop open the washroom cabinet door and filtch the hairbrush. She had carefully stashed 18 hairbrushes under her mummy's bed.

So 'disc relocation' is not unique! ;)

Talk about getting the brush off. Wowser. Great story, Argylsok, thanks for sharing.
    Eyebrow waggles,
    Ira

After seeing Paul McCartney live in concert last night, I would say he is one of my favorite things!
