Free CD Case Towel Rack Project

I don’t know about you, but since the advent of simple point-and-shoot digital cameras, I have created a towering stack of favorite photos waiting to be framed. But frames are expensive so for every one I buy, another three pics has been added to the pile.
At my house the only thing that seems to multiply faster than photos begging to be framed is the ubiquitous plastic cd case. I’m not sure where they’re coming from but they breed like rabbits. Susan Wasinger, author of Eco Craft:Recyle*Recraft*Restyle, has come up with a clever and oh-so-inexpensive solution that addresses both my framing and renegade cd case dilemma.
