Okay, I’ll admit it. When the mercury soars into the uncomfortable zone this time of the year, my thoughts (and tummy) turn to delectable treats that will help cool things down. High up on that list is always ice cream. But thanks to the artisan adventures of a couple local ice cream joints (one with a new satellite location just around the block from Lark), I am simply swooning over the latest ice cream offerings. Salted caramel? Indeed! Strawberry balsamic? Oh, yeah! Goat Cheese Cherry? Bring it on.

In light of my recent obsession I went to Etsy to see if crafters are just as inspired by this put-a-smile-on-your-face dessert. Indeed, from printmakers to stitchers, jewelers to painters, I am not alone in my worship of the cone.
